It’s hard to believe there was a time before she became a household name, but this photo serves as proof that she was once an awkward high school student, just like the rest of us.

This picture from 40 years ago certainly bears a resemblance to Courtney Cox, but it’s safe to say that time (and perhaps some plastic surgery) can alter a person’s appearance.
