Still, the appeal can quickly fade if the company fails to provide essential benefits and fair compensation to its employees. It’s disheartening to realize that, in today’s age, some companies still fail to prioritize the well-being and rights of their workers, underscoring the ongoing need for workers’ rights advocacy.
