Wind turbines are an eco-friendly way to harness wind energy for power. However, they can produce noise, especially on windy nights, which might disturb neighbors. 

In this case, it seems that one neighbor was bothered by the noise generated by a rooftop wind turbine. Their frustration reached a point where they took a rather direct approach—shooting an arrow into the turbine. While it may not have been the most diplomatic way to address the issue, it certainly got the message across.
