Nothing to see here, just a minor delay. However, as this photo demonstrates, felling trees isn’t just an environmental hazard and a safety concern for people. Hopefully, they provided ample notice to clear the area before this colossal tree came crashing down on the car.

Having a giant tree fall onto your car is arguably the worst way to start your day. At least, in this instance, they had a legitimate excuse for being late to work. Although, on second thought, it’s about as convincing as “the dog ate my homework” – who would believe it?
