This dog must have been quite proud of itself when it returned to its owners with the treasure it found on the beach, but the owners of the pants probably didn’t share the same enthusiasm. Hopefully, the owner had a spare pair of swim trunks handy, or their beach day was over. The dog does seem to be quite pleased with its find, though.

As with many other photos, there’s a lesson to be learned here: bringing a spare swimsuit to the beach is always a good idea. While you may never expect your pants to be stolen, especially by a dog, it’s always wise to be prepared for the unexpected.
