Microwave Your Books
“One newspaper reports that a school has banned bags, so a boy shows up carrying books in a microwave,” is the story. Firstly, that’s a rather absurd rule, in our opinion. Secondly, this student has outdone himself with this “Outstanding Move.” As you can see in the image below, he’s using a microwave to transport his books.
Why ban bags in the first place? We can understand concerns about plastic bags, but backpacks, especially for carrying books? Is it because they fear students might carry weapons or other dangerous items in them? If safety is the concern, they should consider implementing security checks similar to airport procedures. Prohibiting bookbags may encourage students to develop unconventional and potentially riskier methods of carrying their books.
