Not-So-Hidden Messages on Bills
Some customers express their unpleasantness by leaving demeaning messages on their bills, revealing their true character through actions and words. Many businesses have suggestion boxes for constructive feedback, but actions speak louder than words for some.

Imagine if this customer received their 83 cents back; would they have left the entire amount as a tip? Or just 3 cents? Regardless, someone with the audacity to write such a message likely had no intention of leaving a reasonable tip, perhaps only one percent or less. Lastly, it would have taken more than 83 cents to make dealing with such a customer worth it.
