The inexplicable trend of leaving spiteful notes on restaurant bills endures only to demoralize servers. Presented here is another instance of a patron providing a paltry tip and presuming to dispense condescending career counsel. The question arises: What qualifies as a “real” job in this customer’s view? More often than not, such individuals may harbor resentment towards their occupations, projecting their discontent onto others.
