#27: The Great Escape
This story is an example of when sleepwalking can be potentially dangerous. Most people who sleepwalk tend to just walk around their house or their immediate environment. Others, however, wander out past their homes without even realizing it! This woman’s six-year-old daughter wandered out of the house in the middle of the night while sleepwalking! Yikes!
Thankfully, the little girl had walked over to a friend’s house. The friend’s mom called our storyteller to say that her daughter knocked on their door and walked in when she answered. She was still walking around and mumbling in her sleep when her terrified mom arrived to walk her home. She didn’t remember anything the next day, and our storyteller ensured their house was impossible to break out of the next night. We’re glad nothing bad happened!
