Many couples opt for writing their wedding vows, a touching and romantic gesture that can be profoundly heartwarming or, as in this case, astonishingly awkward. While the groom seemed to have mastered his vows, the bride’s attempt left much to be desired. It appears she may not have put in the effort required.

It comes as no shock that this marriage only lasted a mere six months, as the bride herself seemed to foreshadow its fate.
