At first glance, this photo captures a moment of carefree enjoyment among four young boys. However, upon closer examination, you’ll notice a disembodied thumbs-up sign floating in the background, just above the left shoulder of the boy on the far right.

Imagine taking a quick photo with friends only to discover a mysterious phantom hand seemingly emerging from nowhere. While it’s possible that the boy on the left extended his hand, the angle of the phantom hand defies a simple explanation. It’s neither ghost-like nor easily attributed to any of the individuals in the photograph.
