This picture is more than just an older woman gazing into the camera’s lens. She didn’t intend to include anyone else in the frame, but after developing the image, she received the shock of her life.

When taking this picture, she and the photographer asserted they were alone. What made it even more bewildering was that the man standing behind her was the spitting image of her husband, who had passed away 13 years before the photograph. Many have theorized that the spirit of her late husband had returned to check up on his wife.
