Would it be wrong of me to secretly wish that someone gathered all those Karen keychains and playfully concealed them, almost as a lighthearted gesture against Karens everywhere? It would be even more amusing if someone purchased them in bulk to distribute to those exhibiting Karen-like behavior. “Congratulations! You’ve earned a prize – take this!” One can probably assume that Karens are the primary consumers of these gaudy keychains.
Honestly, does anyone even buy these anymore? They’re always up for sale, but I’ve never spotted one hanging from a keychain. They don’t even feature my kids’ names – a bit disheartening yet completely understandable. I predict these will likely fade away by 2025. The upcoming generations are embracing such distinctive names and spellings that these keychains will become irrelevant.
