An Una-peel-ing Idea
Consuming fruit? That’s a really smart concept. Given how much sugar a lot of it contains, it’s not quite as healthful as certain vegetables, to be sure. Even so, fruit is still preferable to a wide variety of other foods. Have your fruit peeled by someone else? It’s a little strange, but if you can afford it, do it. Even if the payment is for a ridiculous thing, I’m sure someone is happy to get compensated.
The concept of paying someone to leave pre-peeled fruit in a house that you scarcely inhabit raises a multitude of perplexing questions. What precisely is the rationale behind this arrangement? Is there an expectation of impromptu visits necessitating instant access to fruit? Even if such a scenario were to unfold, one would assume that a housekeeper could promptly procure pre-peeled fruit from a store if required. The entire setup seems utterly nonsensical, akin to a fruit and nuts arrangement, if you will.
