Big Fan of Blu-Ray, Apparently
I don’t align with the “eat the rich” mentality. I believe that in many instances, individuals have worked diligently to amass their wealth and consequently hold the prerogative to utilize it as they see fit. While it would certainly be commendable if more affluent individuals chose to allocate a portion of their resources to charitable causes, ultimately, it remains their prerogative to decide how they wish to manage their finances. I’m inclined to refrain from passing judgment on their choices in this regard.
However, there are exceptions to every rule, and in this particular instance, I find myself compelled to deviate from my usual stance. How can one be so cavalier about shelling out exorbitant sums without even bothering to verify whether the prospective purchase, in this case, a jet, comes equipped with a Blu-ray player—an apparently pivotal factor for the individual in question—before sealing the deal? Furthermore, the decision to delegate such matters to lawyers begs scrutiny. Have they considered the exorbitant hourly rates that legal professionals typically charge for their services? It’s a baffling oversight.
