It’s Been Two Years?!
I can relate all too well to this sentiment. Recently, I reconnected with my dearest friend, who had her second child a few years back, and I had the chance to meet her for the first time since she was a baby. In some strange twist of time or logic that I can’t quite fathom, she’s now about three or four years old. It’s genuinely bewildering!
Time has an uncanny way of slipping through our fingers; life takes us on unexpected journeys, and before we know it, we lose track of how long it’s been since we last saw those who were once the most significant people in our lives. It’s a peculiar and overwhelming sensation many of us prefer to avoid. Is there a way to halt the relentless march of time, or perhaps rewind it just a bit?
