#12: Dripping Secrets
This person shared a unique quality about their body, and, uh, we’re kind of concerned. They shared with the Internet that they can often feel and hear the spinal fluid moving around in their neck and the base of their head. We’re not doctors by any means, but that sounds… bad.
Cerebrospinal fluid, or CSF, surrounds our brain and spinal cord for protection. If someone can “feel” it, that might mean there is a CSF leak somewhere in there. This can be pretty serious if untreated. The most common side effect of a CSF leak is a headache. We hope this person went to get this checked out. It’s not quirky. It’s concerning!
