AstroWorld
AstroWorld, a beloved theme park in Houston, Texas, was part of the Six Flags chain and entertained generations of visitors for nearly four decades. Opened in 1968, the park featured thrilling roller coasters, water rides, and family attractions spread across 104 acres.

However, in 2005, Six Flags made the difficult decision to close and demolish AstroWorld, citing declining attendance and high operating costs. Although the park no longer exists, it lives on in the memories of those who visited it, and rapper Travis Scott paid tribute to it with his 2018 album “AstroWorld,” named in its honor.
